Google Drive, a finance context, more reliable PDFs, and faster indexing.
Google DriveWeb
On Business and Enterprise, connect a Google Drive folder or shared drive. Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides are indexed as PDFs, along with PDFs and Word files already in Drive. When a file changes, the index updates within 15 minutes. An admin sets up the connection and who can open which documents. Docutrix does not copy Google Drive permissions on its own.
Finance contextWeb
A finance industry context for statements (IFRS and GAAP), regulatory filings, investment documents, and credit agreements. Turn it on under Settings, Industry Context, Finance.
Multi-column PDFsWeb
PDFs with columns, tables, and footnotes are read more reliably, especially legal documents, financial reports, and academic papers. Re-index a document that used to produce muddled answers.
Faster indexing and answersWeb
A typical 50-page PDF indexes in under 90 seconds, down from about four minutes. A typical answer returns in about 1.2 seconds.
Citations, Safari, and SharePoint syncWeb
Citation page numbers no longer slip by one on documents with a cover page. The admin panel renders correctly in Safari 17. SharePoint no longer marks a file as indexed before processing finishes.
